About the Series:

Microsoft has teamed up with education training specialist Tablet Academy to deliver a series of events aimed at supporting school leaders and classroom educators in benefitting from the features provided by a range of Microsoft tools. The focus of these events is to help institutions who are looking to use technology to enhance their in-class delivery and remote teaching.

Session Overview:

Why should you attend: 
Does your school or college or MAT have a digital strategy? How do you develop it and then implement it?

We’ll discuss how to review and create a digital strategy and develop an action plan to get it happening!

What can you expect: 
Now that COVID restrictions are easing, many leaders are considering how to take the best of working and teaching and learning with technology during lockdown to move forward to make the most of the potential of technology to support, enrich and enhance their education organisation.

We’ll discuss the core components of reviewing, developing and implementing a digital strategy and share an Transformation Planning Tool that you can use and adapt to get things going in your school/MAT.

Who is it for: 
This session is designed for leaders who are responsible for the digital strategy including SLT, Directors of Digital Learning, Directors of IT, Deputy Heads. 

About your Trainer:

Phil Burney

Phil is the Head of Consultancy and Training at the Tablet Academy (UK) and assists Tablet Academy (International) on consultancy and training projects across the world.

He has supported senior leaders, teachers and students from 100s of institutions in the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning, and improve individual and organisational effectiveness.

He is a former teacher, IT Manager in education, and corporate trainer.
